Worksheets part 2: build your own worksheets & plans
Start something new — a custom worksheet, a coping skills card, an action plan or a classic exercise — and Food for Mood, your week of meals.
Welcome
Besides what your care team sends, you can start your own. This guide covers 'Start something new', in the Library, and Food for Mood, your week of meals.
Start something new
In the Library, under Worksheets, you'll find 'Start something new'. Build a custom worksheet by telling it what's on your mind, and you'll get a worksheet made for it.
A Coping skills card gives you a pocket card of skills for what you're facing. An Action plan lays out small, doable steps for the week, matched to your energy. And Classic exercises has familiar ones, like a gratitude list, a thought record, or a sleep log.
Whatever you start opens right away and saves as you type, and it waits under In progress until you're done.
Food for Mood
Food for Mood is in the Library too. Under My preferences, choose what you'd like food to help with, which meals to plan, and how you cook. Then press 'Plan my week'.
You'll get a week of recipes, a shopping list that names each food once, and a plan to download and print. Change, move, or lock any meal, or make your own under Build a meal.
Tap 'Not for me' on anything you'd rather skip, and it stays out of your plans until you bring it back. Allergies and medications in your chart are always taken into account, and your care team can see your plan.
Food supports mood. It doesn't replace treatment. Questions about anything you build? Your care team is a message away. And in a crisis, call or text 988, any time.
