Worksheets part 1: completing what your provider sent
Find worksheets in the Library — to do, in progress and completed — with answers saved as you go, Mark complete, and a copy to download or print.

This guide covers worksheets: the exercises your care team sends you between visits, and where to find them in the Library.
Finding them
Worksheets live in the Library, under How I'm doing in the menu. The Library also holds Food for Mood, Videos, Resources, and any workbook your care team gives you.
Your worksheets are sorted into three lists: To do, what your care team sent that you haven't started; In progress, with how many questions you've answered; and Completed.
Your To-Do list shows them too. If a due date passes, a worksheet says Overdue, but nothing is closed. Finish it whenever you can.
Working on one
Opening a worksheet fills the screen. The bar at the top shows how far along you are, and your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and pick up later, on any device.
When you're done, press 'Mark complete', at the end. 'All worksheets' takes you back to the list.
Afterwards
Under Completed, open a worksheet to read your answers back. 'Download PDF' saves a copy, and 'Print' gives you one on paper.
Each copy carries the practice's name and the crisis lines, and the file is named only by its date, so your Downloads list doesn't say what it's about.
If a worksheet brings up something hard, reach out to your care team. And in a crisis, call or text 988, any time.
