Medications: refills, side effects & consents

Track prescriptions, request refills and watch their status, report side effects, and sign medication consents.

Welcome

This guide covers the Medications tab: your current medications, refills, side effects, and the paperwork that goes with them.

Your medications

Medications is under My care in the menu. It lists what you take now, each with the directions your provider gave.

Refills

Running low? Press 'Request refill' on the medication, then 'Send request'.

Its status shows right there, starting with 'Refill requested'. Please allow one to three business days.

Side effects

If something doesn't feel right, press 'Report side effect' to tell your care team. If it's an emergency, call 911.

Don't stop or change a medicine on your own. Talk with your provider first.

Consents, copies & reminders

Some medications need a consent of their own. Those are signed right here, in Medications.

'Download signed order (PDF)' on a current medication makes a fresh signed copy. For most medications, a pharmacy can use it as a backup. For a controlled medication, it's a copy for your own records.

Medication reminders are set in Settings, and the Reminders button on this screen takes you there. They never say which medication they're about. And in a crisis, call or text 988, any time.
